Our selection of 15 meeting rooms can hold 1-160 people, are available 24/7 (including evenings, weekends & holidays), and can be tailored to your preferred layout (boardroom, U-shape, classroom etc).
We can also provide a wide range of catering options to suit your needs, including vegetarian, vegan & allergen-free alternatives from our on-site restaurant.

Are syndicate rooms available and are they close by?
All our rooms are designed for flexibility, allowing us to provide syndicate rooms as needed, based on availability. If there are rooms available on the same floor, we will make every effort to allocate them for your use.
Can I decide my timings for breaks and lunch?
Absolutely! We will always fit around your schedule; whatever your agenda may be. You can let us know before your event or on your arrival what times will work best for you. Breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks – you are in charge!
Can I get access to the room before my events start?
Of course. As long as we are open, and the room is available, you are more than welcome to arrive a bit earlier than your event start time to set-up and get your bearings. This gives you time to settle in, sort out any equipment and grab a cuppa without the stress of delegates showing up before you are ready.
Do you have on-site tech support?
Yes, we have experienced on-site technical support staff that are always happy to help! Whether you need help connecting your laptop to the projector, setting up last minute equipment or pre-downloading advanced PC software, we have got you covered. QR codes are in every room, meaning our team is always just a message away!
Do you provide administrative support?
The ETCV provides a comprehensive range of administration services at the venue. Whether you need photocopying, printing, or email assistance, our team is here to help. If you’ve forgotten essentials like scissors, Blu Tack, or Post-its, rest assured we’re well-stocked. Most items are complimentary, and we’ll always inform you in advance if there’s any charge. We’re here to make your experience seamless!
How far is the venue from Waverley Train Station?
We are conveniently located just a 5 minute walk from Edinburgh Waverley Train Station. Take the Market Street exit, go left and follow Jefferey Street up the hill towards the Royal Mile. This makes us central, convenient and accessible to all attendees!
