This is a great venue.
Super location – just 5 mins walk from Waverley. Rooms are airy and well equipped. Lovely coffee lounge. WiFi is excellent. Staff are friendly and really helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.

Excellent venue in Edinburgh.
Close to railway station and car parks. The venue has great facilities, is clean and well laid out. The buffet lunch was delicious. Tea, coffee and water in the meeting room, plus stationery. This is the second time I have booked the venue and all the delegates agreed it was a great location for a meeting.

This is the only venue that I consider in Edinburgh for training courses. The price is very reasonable, the staff are extremely helpful, the food is excellent and the facilities very good.

Yes, we can usually give you access before your event starts, just let us know when you’d like to get into the room and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requirements. If you want guaranteed access to the room before your event there may be a charge, depending on when and for how long you need access.
Yes, book your lunch times with us at a time that best suits your event. If you have arranged for tea and coffee to be served in the room let us know at what time you would like them topped up on the day. The coffee lounge is available throughout the day.
We offer a full range of administration support services. So if you need photocopying, faxing or email services our administration team will be there to assist. If you’ve forgotten scissors, blue tak or post-its, we keep them all in stock. Often these items are complimentary, but if there’s a charge we’ll let you know before we do anything.
Yes, we have experienced on-site technical support staff that can provide help in all areas from fixing a projector, gaining access to the internet and advanced PC set-ups.

You can find us at 16 St Mary’s Street, just off the Royal Mile, only a 5-min walk from Waverley Station. The venue is close to local bus and tram routes, airport buses and taxi ranks. For those arriving by car, there is a NCP 3 story car park a short walk from our front door and for anyone arriving by bike, we even have secure storage in our locked back courtyard.
