Our renowned chef Sam Mediouni

Born in Edinburgh, Sam was inspired to cook by his parents, his mother cooking traditional Tunisian food at home (for eight children), whilst his Dad experimented with a host of different flavours, picking up tips and hints from chefs he worked with in the hotel industry.

Sam has long since built up his own reputation for mixing wonderful flavours and spices from around the world and we are often asked for the recipes to his soups, main meals and home baking. Here Sam shares some of those recipes along with a few of his secrets – enjoy!
